At Feller, Quality systems have been
   household words for more than a 
   decade, with the first approval being
   BS5750 (in the absence of applicable ISO
   standards), granted in 1986 which was
   an Austrian first.
   1989 saw the first upgrade of the system to
   the ISO 9002 standard and in 2002 Feller was
   certified according to ISO 9001:2000.
   The quality system is audited in regular
   intervals by several international agencies, eg
   ASTA, SII, SABS. In addition OVE performs
   quarterly audits, and a team of UL inspectors
   visit Feller approximately every 3 weeks
   (based on production qty's).
   Product approvals have been granted by
   the standards and testing agencies of the
   following countries: Japan, Australia,
   South Africa, USA, Canada, Israel, Great Britain,
   France, Italy, Benelux, Skandinavia, Hungary,
   Swiss, Germany, Austria, China.
   Quality excellence awards have been granted
   by customers such as IBM, XEROX, HP,
  MIELE, Fujitsu-Siemens.
   In 1993,Feller formulated its first Environmental
   Policy statement and maintains an 
   enviromental management system. Feller
   complies with the new enviromental directives:
   U Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS),
   EU Directive 2003/11/EC and
   EU Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE).
